AIMEE HODGSON
Photography, for me, has always been an activity I did with my father. His love and enthusiasm for photography inspired my interest in the subject. Since his death my interest has differed from what it once was. My relationship has become more promiscuous. While one minute I could be producing commercial studio work with a high turn over, the next minute I could be nurturing a black & white image in the darkroom. By experimenting I am gradually creating my own new relationship with photography, one which no longer relies on my father but on my own confidence and creativity. |
