Seeking out the mundane, overlooked or sometimes threatening areas of an otherwise familiar city I like to explore the hidden side of daily space as the night sky unfolds and allow myself to be invaded by the evenings crepuscular charm.

Encased within exposures beyond 30 seconds, our sense of reality is made artificial in this brief suspension of time. Capturing the artificiality of city parks, my own memory is reflected in my responses to the images I take. When photographing I am a child again, exploring the space and peacefulness, creating a fantasy through this false reality. I view the city from a new perspective.
