My work is about trace elements. I look at the areas of society and culture that although outdated still survive due to the persistence of the few. These range from the faded elegance of English coastal resorts to the remaining Picture Palaces of the cities, from old and eccentric customs and traditions to the peculiarities of suburbia. My aim is to document these traces of England before they are lost to time and change.
